Now, in order to understand what traveling can do for us, I am going to talk about what the benefits of traveling are, like how traveling can be healthy, also the best places to travel, and what can you if you don’t enough resources like money to travel1. Traveling gives us the opportunity to relax and de-stress, which prevents burnout. 2. Even travel stress is positive stress because it is not the kind caused by home life. 3. By taking that trip, you also avoid monotony and have a break from normal everyday life. 4. Next, it gives you an attitude adjustment because not only is the planning fun, but also having something to look forward to can brighten your mood. 5. On top of that, vacations give you a chance to meet new people, and maybe even learn about different cultures 6. If you take a partner along, it can strengthen your bond as you two experience new things together 7. One of the most important things is that you are creating memorable experiences and you won’t have to regret not having done so later in life. B. There are also the other benefits, which includes the physical benefits from traveling. 1. Since you are more likely to be outdoors, even if you are not hiking, you will be breathing more deeply and oxygenating your blood 2. You will also probably be more active as you will be involved in more activities and doing more walking than in your normal routine. 3. Lastly, you might eat better because you will probably eat at more restaurants instead of fast food or the less diverse micro waved leftovers.

Disappointment is not an option because of the many beautiful sites to see on this luscious island, from sun-kissed white sand beaches to rivers and waterfalls, to mountains and valleys in the interior. From each glorious morning sunrise to the iridescence of the sunset, Jamaica presents a magnificent kaleidoscope of color and beauty that has made the island the most precious jewel in the Caribbean. It is a land of warm and welcoming people, inspiring scenery and so many unique and engaging ways to experience it. When Christopher Columbus first visited Jamaica, he described it as the fairest isle that eyes had ever seen. Five hundred years later, more than a million visitors travel to Jamaica annually to see for themselves this island in all its beauty. Jamaica, the largest English-speaking island in the Caribbean, is 146 miles long and 51 miles wide, occupying an area of 4,400 square miles. The population is just over two and a half million with high concentrations in the cities and surroundings, especially Kingston, the capital. Most visitors fly into Montego Bay, as the North Coast is home to most of the beautiful attractions, such as Dunn’s River Falls. Jamaica is mountainous and greatly forested in its center, and has low coastal plains and scattered hills and plateaus. The Blue Mountains are located in the east. This island has considerable strategic value, because of its central location, being 600 miles from Miami. The climate varies from tropical and humid at sea level, to temperate in the mountain areas.
