In this assignment, examine and analyze the process used to evaluate leaders in a specific organization. Obtain a copy of a leadership performance appraisal form from an organization. To do so, contact an organization’s human resources department or conduct an Internet search.
Once you have obtained a sample form
•Provide a summary and overview of the form.
•Evaluate any gaps in the knowledge and skills assessed.
