based on the feedback i have received i would like to improve this work(order 1342890) , i do underdtand this involves extra cost.
a prompt answer/reaction is greatly appreciated.
the new piece should synthesised in a way it does not exceeds 1800 excludind the bibliography
see below areas for improvments
1. Explain your key thesis in the introduction i.e. what is your key conclusion overall

2. Some of the theories outlined are not fully applied to Apple – e.g contingency theory/situational leadership – You should explain more specifically how this theory may be applied

3. You have missed a trick by not including a more extensive section on critical theory – you have mentioned distributed leadership but why not discuss the post heroic view which dismisses leadership theory i.e. social construction, regime of truth etc … Why not be critical also of Steve Jobs/Apple in relation to ethics (i.e. factories in China – ) and gender diversity.

4. In your conclusion you should explain what your overall conclusion/thesis is. What have you uncovered?

Investigate a topic that was addressed in the course but perhaps not as deeply as you desired.

Evaluation: 100 points weighted as 7.5% of course grade (Summative Assessments)

Goal of the assignment: Investigate a topic that was addressed in the course but perhaps not as deeply as you desired.

Directions: A course in music can be very boring unless you, the student, have some input into what you study. This is that opportunity! Think of a topic that we might have touched on a bit, not enough, a lot, whatever, and research it further. To claim your topic, email your topic idea to Mr. Harris before the topic due date. Mr. Harris must reply to your topic choice BEFORE YOU START! After you’ve gathered your knowledge, compose a 5-8 page paper on the topic. It is 10% of your final grade, so please take it seriously. I am anxious to see your inspired research!

Scoring:

Research evidenced by 2 non-web sources
20 points
Well – constructed paper with minimal grammatical/mechanical errors
20 points
Topic is explored and adds to the scholarship of the course
40 points

Compare the results with previously published sources results for (p, t, k) VOT.

Paper Instructions:
Brief introduction to the language
its language family
where it is spoken (country/countries, region/province, etc.)
how many language speakers
how many dialects (if you can find the information)
other pertinent/interesting information
(www.ethnologue.com is a good source to find the information.)

Brief description of the native speakers:
– where they are from (country, region/province, town): Mexico
– dialect of the native speaker
– what other language/s he/she speaks
– how long he/she has been abroad (US and/or elsewhere)
Their dialect is central west dialect of Mexican Spanish. The speakers are from Mexico, Coahuayana de Hidalgo, and Michoacan. Thus they were born and lived in the USA all their life, they are bilingual.

Description of the phonology of the language:
vowel inventory
consonant inventory
any important/pertinent phonological processes that would help you determine the sound
inventory (underlying phonemes); for example: Do underlying vowels have allophones in
stressed vs. unstressed position? Do voiceless stops become voiced intervocalically? etc.)
The stress rules of Spanish language.
– include examples from the data you elicit

To write this section, answer the following questions:
– Where do you record your speaker? (In a quiet room? In a recording booth?)
– What equipment do you use to record the speaker? (recorder? Computer? Software?)
– How do you analyze your recorded data?

The native speakers recorded the words in a private house. The gadget that was used for recording is iPhone 6s app, which is called Recorder Pro v.3.0. To analyze recorded data 20 of recorded words were chosen, where the stops /p/, /t/. /k/ were used in the syllables in different position, word-initial, word-medial or intervocalic. Then acoustic was analyzed using PRAAT on Windows 10 operating system. The duration of VOT was measured.

Description and discussion on the acoustic characteristics of the voiceless stops p, t, and k.

-Analyze the results provided on the word file named (Measurements 1).
I have included a (two-way anova analysis) which was done on Excel. *ask me if you cannot read the statistics properly.
I considered the number of syllables and three positions which are (word-initial, word-medial, and intervocalic) as factors.

-Compare the results with previously published sources results for (p, t, k) VOT.

-I considered that all the words has the stress on the syllable where the measured phoneme is.

CITE EVERY SINGLE THING PROPERLY, PLEASE. THE PROFESSOR IS VERY VERY VERY STRICT ABOUT CITATION, REFRENCING, AND PLAYGARIZM.

Describe the barrier, and then identify what you can do to overcome the barrier.

Week 2 Barriers to Critical Thinking Help
The first part of this assignment requires you to discuss two barriers to your critical thinking, and you need to use the barriers as described in the text.
For each barrier, you need to describe the barrier, and then identify what you can do to overcome the barrier. You need at least 200 words for each barrier, and how you will overcome it, combined. I will deduct for short responses (for example, 180 words = 90% credit).
The second part of your assignment is writing mechanics (1 Point). I will grade your essay based on the number of mistakes per 100 words (0.5 Point). I calculate the number of mistakes per 100 words, and then divide that number by 20 to establish the deduction. I do not deduct more than 0.5 points. For example, if you make 3.2 errors per 100 words, I will deduct 0.16 points (3.2/20).
I also grade citations and references (0.5 Point). You earn full credit if both are included and no credit if one or both are missing when quoted material is included. Use quote marks to clearly identify quoted text, and don’t paraphrase. I do not take any points away if you do not include references.
NOTE: If I detect large sections of copied or paraphrased text, I will file charges of Academic Dishonesty. This can result in an F grade for the class, plus a 6 month suspension, or expulsion. The price is way too high!

What are the benefits of the SIOP protocol for native English speakers as well as those for whom English is an additional language.

terview an ELL instructor from a Title I school about how assessment is used for placement. You may interview one of the instructors that you have observed during your observations for this course. Inquire also about how placement is determined for both special education and gifted ELLs.

INTERVIEW IS ATTACHED

Your questions might include (but should not be limited to) the following:

  1. What are the indicators of exceptionality a classroom teacher should look for when a student also has a language barrier?
  2. How can informal as well as formal assessment results factor into placement?
  3. What role do parents and teachers have in placement?
  4. What are some primary factors that are exhibited in underachievement that may not necessarily signal special education needs?
  5. How are changes among individual ELL proficiency levels over the course of the school year accounted for?
  6. How are diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments integrated for ELLs in mainstream classrooms?
  7. What are the benefits of the SIOP protocol for native English speakers as well as those for whom English is an additional language?

Consolidate your findings in a 750-word essay, supporting your findings with at least three current sources from your readings and the GCU library to support your reasoning.
