How do you manage to balance and prioritize your responsibilities across different departments and projects to ensure successful outcomes and maintain a high level of performance in your role?

This year has been a great year. I started helping conducting NEO training for Troy’s new hires while Trina was out. In the Thaad department, I assisted with processing Demils so they would be on time for the PLCO, completed over 500 records for THAAD tooling, and finished inventory with over 1300 assets. Updating over 700 records for shipment updates for Thadd calibration. There was only 6 loss reported for the government. I also approved shippers for Thaad daily to track items going in and out. I gathered material from PP&C for the closeout of PMDRs, FUF, JASSM/LRASM, Hellfire Tango and JAMG with over 1000s items. I received and thousands of materials. I have been working on the automated loss report new system with custodians showing them the new electronic process of PROP. The new system allows them to enter losses electronically. Due to personnel movements and attrition, I have been working on several property transfers with custodians. Aside from what was listed above, I also completed inventory for Orlando. I inventoried 3000 assets. Of the 3000 pieces, there were zero loss reports. Search for item from Sunnyvale for THAAD years past that could not be located. I have mentored with Donna Enfield and Melodie Purifoy over the year on different subject since we are two different plant code and things work do different. During inventory thing have ran so much smoother and quicker. I am able to update location and area on demand instead of updated spreadsheets and tracking everything through email. I brought 3 new test units that were shipped from Sunnyvale to thadd to help them testing in there new annex that’s worth 4 million dollars. Also help with up coming new PLF project for a better fueling process. With the Courtland, I have been completing shippers and helping custodians navigate through Prop to look up what will be needed for the shipper.

They can become the custodian or ship it back to the appropriate location. I have learned the tools the custodian uses to transfer property after it has been on their site for more than 60 days. I disposition 750k worth of property for the Next year I will do even better and strive to complete the inventory sooner. I will start meetings for the list due 30 days before the deadline for the custodian that does not respond to emails. This allows everything to be tracked verbally and through email. I always go out of my way to help my team as much as I can. I make sure everyone on my team feels comfortable when exchanging ideas. I brainstorm ways to motivate others and give praise when performance goals are completed. I start by performing on my CPPS and completing my Master of science in management throughout the year.
