Instructions
Imagine that you have been asked by your employer to go a different country to manage a business (Choose a country with different culture than the culture you were raised in).
Using Hofstede’s cultural dimensions, explain the similarities and differences between your country’s culture and the other country’s culture. How will these similarities and differences affect how you manage employees in the other country?
1. Present your findings in a two-Page paper, using double-space and 12 point font.
2. Use at least one journal article for reference
3. Have at least 3 references (textbook can be one reference)
4. Use APA or MLA format.
5. Number the pages
6. Have a list of references
7. Submit the completed paper to the PA3 area in Assignments on Canvas by 11:55 pm on April 23.
