This would be a group project consists of 5 teammates including me. Also we will get help from our mentor(who works outside the school and would be just like an adviser to us),and our professor. The students are assigned by the school to work for outside client in our case we will be working for “Financial thrive” and then write a project about that. the project would consist of different sections and segments depending on the client and what she wants us to focus on. we’ll write about something the client needs to know and present it the end of the semester. our writing would include contents about Accounting process and progress, assets, data..etc. the work will be divided
briefly our client business “Thrive Financial” is working for another (main) client called “Mariners company” a real estate company. and mariners have subcompanies. it is very hard to understand the nature of the business but I will make it easier for you to understand. This means communication is a huge part between me and you.
Before you accept my project I have terms and policies for you to read and agree with. working with me means you agree and accept my terms.
1) the deadline indicated is not fixed.The final draft would not be submitted until by the end of this semester so that means I might extend the deadline. HOWEVER there would be DRAFTS with an “S” that SHOULD BE SUBMITTED (BEFORE) the deadline. I will be telling you for example “I have met my group today and they need me to send a draft in 2 days” So I expect you to have the draft by 2 days. draft work is graded and its a high percentage of my GPA! So its not expected to be just headlines or bulletpoints. draft work is real work but not polished yet.
2)Please understand that the 13 pages is mainly writing about the project. this is a GROUP work so I will diffenatly need your help to send some side work. if what I request from you exceeds 13pgs, then I will pay extra for it. Example of side work would be “i will ask you to write your individual section on the LOE(letter of engagement)”
3) You need to stay in touch with me very frequently and be a fast responder. this is a group project meaning I’m not the only person involved in this. for instance sometimes if you have a question and need me to answer it ask me EARLY. why? bcz if I don’t have the answer at least I will have time to contact the mentor, the client or professor and get back to you.
4)I expect you to read/hear & comment about my instruction after its sent to you no later than 9hours. U need to read carefully and ask me questions right away. examples if I send you pdf files with tones of instructions, or send you emails with questions, notifications …etc. I need you to read right away and give me FEEDBACK so i know that you got the concept and you are on the same page I stand on.
5)You should scroll down the mouse if I send you any email. A lot of time writers on this website miss instructions just because they are too lazy to open the whole page.

Today we had a group meeting with our client Karla Amandor the CEO and owner of Thrive financial. our professor(Tom Miller) and rest of teammates were there. Unfortunately, the mentor,ed, didn\”t show up!. Anyways I figured that its best if I record the whole meeting and send it to you instead of trying to explain it in text. plus you will get more details if you hear it. you just need to have good quality headphones bcz the meeting was out side the coffe shop and the street noise gets a little lowed sometimes. however, i was setting between my client and professor so you will get good hearing from both. plz hear the whole record 38:55 minutes. take good notes and ask me for clarification.
also its worth mentioning that \”Thrive Financial\” is a returning client. meaning that last semester another group of students worked for them. and this is why our team leader (student named Eric) asked Karla about how she found the previous students and how we can bring more. I will upload the voice record along with attached documents. the document would include client informations and professors note from the meeting. by the end of the record the professor explained the relationship between Thrive and Mariners and have written down a paragraph on his yellow sheet that I will attach. i will also upload the student project from last semester BUT i don\”t want you to copy any of the content when you start writing. first of all its playgerisim and we are not going to write the same report. i will send it to you just to give you an overview about the whole business. ( After 35 hours from now I will ask you questions to make sure you are on track and to make sure that you have read and heard the voice memo).
