Menu will also include signature subs made with Caribbean, Asian and Middle Eastern flavors.
Pricing Strategy: A premium pricing strategy will be employed and justified by the healthy, organic, diverse menu.
Promotion Strategy: “Two for one” deals will be offered during slow periods.
