Radition induced genomic instability.It is about radiation response.first we looked the response of yeast to radiation, next we will look scid mice. Knocking out some target gene looking for if they change radiation response in term of delayed mutation. We used yeast Tel1 Yku70 and Yku80 deleted genes from deletion library. These genes are responsible of dna repair. We gave these genes radiation and looked the effects, for delayed mutation we looked survival and mutation rates. At the end of the project we will study with human genes with cancer and see the how radiation affect themç which dose kills the tumor or is there any late effect after radiotherapy.
