Summary of the Source: Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahhab was born in the Najd, which is now an eastern province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Ibn Abdul Wahhab was born into a provincially educated family and his father was the chief judge of his birthplace al-Uyayna. Not only that but his father was also his teacher and began the instruction of his son in the Qur’an and Hanbali law.
