My proposal for the Final Exam Paper is to study the company that I am currently working for: The Walt Disney Company but in specific to Resorts. The Walt Disney Company is a multi-media entertainment company divided in five segments: media networks, parks and resorts, studio entertainment, consumer products and interactive media. I will collect the information for this paper by accessing annual public reports, books written on the organization, interviews with my actual recruiter (she recruits for the college program and also status cast members), and articles written about my company. I will show and compare how the various parts of the human resource/casting system support each other.
