Prepare a 4 to 5 Microsoft® PowerPoint® slide presentation on one of the topics and describe the law and how a workplace of your choosing would be able to demonstrate compliance with the law. I do not count the introduction or conclusion slides in the slide count.
Please turn in the speaker notes in word format along with the PPP. I would like the speaker notes to be complete with each slide and submitted as a word document as well.

Conduct a review of literature on the chosen Human Resource Law. Describe and define the law that you chose to discuss.
Describe the need for job analysis and its impact the law might have on an organization.
Discuss how the law may have a direct impact on staffing and the organization as a whole. For example: How are staffing mix and levels determined? Are regular performance appraisals completed in your workplace? What is the purpose of these reviews? Are the reviews tied to monetary rewards?
