In preparing the team report:
Discuss the emerging challenges for the management of projects and the application of project governance where the project is delivered through any form of joint delivery by more than one company and in a global context.
Discuss the ethical issues that are likely to arise in the management of these projects in a situation where there are several corporations involved and there are social and cultural diversity involving different countries.Illustrate your conclusions by developing the structure for a model corporate and project governance framework. This should take into account how the governance and ethical issues will be managed and reported within the project lifecycle when the project is being delivered in a global environment.
3. Notes on the Team Report
The outcome for this assignment is a single team report which contains the joint work of the team, to address the about scope. It is not necessary to identify the work of individual team members. The team report is to contain an Appendix showing the minutes of team meetings and a work breakdown structure (WBS)/schedule showing how the tasks necessary to prepare the content of the report were assigned to individual team members and the tasks were completed.
