This Plan focuses on the first 2 years following my graduation program as I continue along my career path. This plan will focus on practice skills I can learn and revised which can be applied to my everyday interventions.

Lost of goals: a) I will increase my knowledge of low vision rehabilitation by 80% within 1 year. b) I will be able to use and demonstrate all available assistive devices and technology within 1 year. C) I will engage in driving and community mobility courses for 6 months. D) I will increase my knowledge and skills in sensory integration by 50% within 8 months.

I will increase my knowledge of low vision rehabilitation by 80% within 1 year.
Continuing educational courses, an online courses; Low vision in older adults: Foundation for rehabilitation, 2nd edition. Plan cost is $265. I would pay for the plan myself using a credit card. The plan is realistic and works well for me. If I decide to go back to school I can do this course while I am at home getting ready for work or after work or school. This is also a cost affective price.
I will be able to use and demonstrate all available assistive devices and technology within 1 year.
Continuing education courses; ATIA conference seminar 2 days in Orlando, FL; Assistive Technology Industry Association. Plan cost $1050. I would pay half and ask my company to pay the other half. This plan is realistic and would allow me to meet other OT practitioners. However, with the cost of the entire plan including hotel and flight, I would need some assistance from my company to pay for half of the plan.
I will engage in driving and community mobility courses for 6 months.
