metaphysical account of reality

Present an account of at least one metaphysical account of reality from the assigned readings with support from the course texts and online lectures. For example, you might discuss Plato, Aristotle, or the Cartesian method. Make sure that you include an account of reality and truth and discuss how (and/or whether) human beings are capable of knowing reality with any certainty. For instance, is there a difference between a well-founded opinion and a false one? How are opinions/beliefs related to the truth as such?
Explain how the account of truth set forth by the chosen theory of reality might apply to their belief.
Identify and explain an additional metaphysical theory that would take a different approach.

‘street smart’ students

Do you believe teachers and parents should encourage ‘street smart’ students to engage intellectually with the subjects they love, such as fashion, technology, music and sports? Or should they concentrate on inspiring students to be book smart: to read literature, study humanities, join debating clubs or write for the school newspaper? In your experience as a teenager and now a university student, what kind of subjects have inspired you to think and argue with your peers and engage with your teachers? Write a short essay (three body paragraphs) in which you argue for the best way to create intellectual interest among young people in high schools and universities
