You are to research any school lunch program within your community. Go to the school, or look on their website and look for their lunch menu. Compare and contrast the nutritional contents according to the DRI of: (fats, carbohydrates, protein, calories, sodium, sugar etc..) You should make inferences as to what is good and what needs some opportunity for growth. Make sure to take into consideration the age of the student. You can use pictures, graphs, etc… You should be able to use all the information you have learned from this course to give your intelligent response.
