You are the legal advisor for Acme Bikes (AB), a new team in the UCI World Tour competition, which has just been granted a licence to participate in 2013. It is comprised of 28 riders, 14 of which are established talent who are employed by the team and 14 who are up and coming younger rides that are self-employed. You are required to provide legal advice on the following issues:
1. The season has got off to a good start for AB after 3 events. One rider, Fritz Boy, who is the oldest rider in the team participated in the first two races but was the slowest rider in both events. He has not been selected since, including the forthcoming Tour de France and has just sent you an email saying he has left the team and his lawyer will be in contact. Fritz suggests that there have been a number of incidents such as his name being taken off the AB website and his bikes failing to be mended when he has asked for help from the technicians that had led him to view that he is not wanted. A newspaper has speculated that Team Sky, a rival team has been talking to Fritz about possible employment for some time.
Advise AB as to the legal position and possible legal actions involving the team and Fritz
2. A new (fictitious) rule is introduced by the UCI, allowing riders to choose not to wear helmets in the final stages of races so that spectators can more easily identify riders. You learn that the AB head coach has however advised AB riders not to ride
without their helmets. Two AB riders, star rider, Stain Cavendish and new rookie, Fred Nobody, riding in tandem towards the end of a stage of the Tour de France, block and make contact with a RadioShack Team rider (who is not wearing a helmet) causing him to leave the road resulting in serious injury.
Advise what potential legal remedies the injured rider could pursue to gain compensation for his injuries
3. The UCI is very aware that in the wake of the Lance Armstrong scandal and on-going concerns about financial manipulation, they need to boost both the commercial and importantly the sporting integrity of international cycling and adopt a zero tolerance approach. They have introduced a (fictitious) new rule that a finding of involvement by riders and team management in doping or financial corruption including race fixing will result in a lifetime ban.
Evaluate the appropriateness of this policy together with the legality of this new rule and the enforceability of any subsequent lifetime ban

How was the Reformation informed by changing attitudes towards the Bible? How did Humanism contribute to this new emphasis on the text of Scripture? How did reformation figures themselves differ over the proper relationship between Scripture and doctrine/practice? Did the Catholic Church incorporate any of these new approaches as a result of the Counter-reformation?
Cognitive learnnigand and how it influence Abraham Maslow develops the hierarchy of needs theory has been made a significant impact to the every life aspect in people’s life. Freud’s is the lovely talented, sexual explicit theory thought your parent and the father of psychology.
