Broadband Internet access is increasingly seen as vital to creating new opportunities for people in developing and underdeveloped countries. These opportunities include access to education, healthcare information, financial services, business development, etc. Several organizations are working to develop innovative technologies that facilitate broadband Internet connectivity in areas of the world with limited technological capabilities.
A complete paper should address the following points/questions:
• Provide an overview of broadband Internet and what types of connectivity constitute broadband Internet access.
• Discuss the technologies being developed to provide broadband to these under-served countries.
• What challenges must be overcome to deliver broadband Internet to these countries?
• Discuss some of the positive impacts of having broadband Internet.
• Are there any possible negative consequences to communities with affordable access to broadband Internet?

1. Most quantizer based data hiding schemes use uniform quantizer, which is not optimal if the host signal is not uniformly distributed. In this project, we design a quantizer that is not only pdf -matched but also more suited to embedding than the Linde-Buzo-Gray (Lloyd- Max) algorithm for vector (scalar) quantizer design.
2. The purpose of the project is to implement Fibonacci number based uniform quantzer. Note: Fibonacci numbers present a great alternative to binary representation when accuracy is critical, as error correction becomes much easier to implement due to the unique characteristics of this number system.

All the Instructions are listed in the attached midterm. Please review the instructions and follow them strictly. Please make sure to pay attention to every detail in the instructions. Like for example my professor was saying that if he sees words like “hence” he will know that you did not write the paper. So please right a great paper but do not make the wording in it too difficult, to the point where it looks like an undergraduate student could not have written it. Single mother, 2 small children, live in rural community, nearest city to purchase products to maintain a household is 30 miles in any direction. recently divorced and ex husband has had restraining and domestic violance charges put on him. Want to live in this rural community . this is where my family lives and I have always lived Hard to live with family all the time, my children and I need our own home so we can get on our own schedule and maintain a healthy lifestyle. instead of living with relatives and adjusting to their form of living. For disciplionary reasons for my children relatives are always correcting me as a single mom on dicipline of my children and they have become brats. and know they can run to grandma & grandpa and not get into trouble for their actions. when they are also old enough to know that they have been disciplined on certain issues but grandma and grandpa says its ok. I need my kind of organization in my life instead of living out of crates that my clothes are in. I want my children to grow up in our home with me their mom as their mother to teach and show them certain morals and respect for other people. so my children can be comfortable in their living establishment etc, etc etc
