Literature review of the coping mechanism and changes made in management due to the work ethics of the new generation (Generation Y )

I need a literature review which will be part of my dissertation for Events Management and Business describing the views on how the new generation ( generation Y ) is reacting to the work place. Do they work just as hard as the previous generation? Do they want the management style to be different? I am trying to get to the conclusion that management styles would need to be changed in order for the organisation to retain the employees. Many researchers believe this generation wants to travel more therefore they need work where the hours are more flexible. This new generation of workers were brought up in a more open minded family environment therefore the parents were less strict with them. At the work place they seem to be wanting the same thing, less micro-managing and more freedom

Critically evaluate the following claim. A priori-based metaphysics is at best a fanciful undertaking, at worst a useless enterprise.

1)Critically evaluate the following claim. A priori-based metaphysics is at best a fanciful undertaking, at worst a useless enterprise. Any attempt to seriously examine the nature of reality must be empirical in nature. In this respect, contemporary science alone-not philosophy-is much better suited to such an investigation.

2)Some philosophers have defended the metaphysical thesis of Origin Essentialism(OE). According to OE, every organism (for example, human beings) or artifact(for example, tables) has its origin essentially.

3)Some philosophers argued that free will is an illusion- that all behavior is fully determined by a combination of our genes and the environment alone. Suppose that this claim is true. Would this rule out the possibility that people are accountable for their actions, and if so, does it preclude punishing people

for their behavior?
