REFLECTION PAPER INSTRUCTIONS
To work effectively as a cultural anthropologist you must be able to “speak the language” of cultural anthropology. The first half of your paper requires you to use the language of cultural anthropology (i.e. bolded terms from the class material) to your own way of life to illustrate your fluency in the language of cultural anthropology. In other words, I would like you to provide a brief description of the culture of a society or social group of which you are a member using at least five of the key concepts introduced in the class material. Once you have conducted this brief ethnography, you will hold the status of a cultural anthropologist. As with any status, there are multiple roles associated roles. Thus, the second half of your paper requires you to describe what you feel are your roles as a cultural anthropologist within the local, regional, national, and global community that surrounds you. Each of these sections should be roughly two-pages in length, making your entire paper between four to five pages long. I anticipate that you will find it difficult to address each of these goals in two pages; however, the page length requirements are set in this manner to help you develop the skills to address fairly large topics in a clear and concise manner. To assist in this developmental process, I encourage all of you to write whatever comes to mind at length and then edit your paper so as to highlight what you feel are the strongest and most essential elements.

The purpose of this experiment is to determine the response of different orders of RC circuit, the use of RC circuit in filtering signals and understand the properties of a wheatstone bridge. In part 1, the values of the capacitor and the resistor were 0.13 x 10-6 F and 9.906 kOhms respectively. The time for the voltage across the capacitor in increase to 63% of this input value, which was 3.2V, was 1.28ms. The amplitude ratio of -3dB frequency for a low pass filter was -3.24; the ratio of -3dB frequency for a high pass filter was -3.25dB. In part 2, the balance value of RX1 was 120 Ohms, where the wheatstone bridge voltage is around zero.The voltage varied when choosing different balance value of RX1.

The development of saints in the Middle Ages and the Medieval Church

The purpose of the paper is to talk about the development and perception of Christian saints in the medieval church during the Middle Ages. Some ares to talk about should be the differences between a martyr and a saint, the requirements to be declared a saint, the use of relics to worship saints, the effects of hagiography on the perception of saints. In addition, some discussion about obstacles set forth by the secular clergy with regards to the canonization of saint and gender differences with regards to the view on saints should be discussed. This could include the lack of women saints due to misogyny.
