Comparing Brazil and the United States

Every country in the world has aspects about it. These aspects are the ones that help us make opinions about a country. Brazil and the United States have aspects that make them both interesting. Brazil and the US are in different continents, but their cultural customs vary greatly, with differences in religion and entertainment being clear. The main difference between the United States and Brazil is the way in which community entertainment is organized and enjoyed. Even though these two countries are different, they both agree that entertainment is healthy for the community.

Constitution states that Congress has the power “to make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for the carrying into execution the foregoing powers.” What does this mean?

Often referred as the “necessary and proper” clause, Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution states that Congress has the power “to make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for the carrying into execution the foregoing powers.” What does this mean? (In other words, give me one example of some law today that either Congress or the President has used, justifying its necessity because of this clause.)

How has Art Rage become apart of the community itself? And what message are you trying to rely?

Kimberly: Refer to the mission statement. We have become a space of the community by being an actual space of the community. We hold events here ranging in gender and age. We are open for school groups and after school groups. The education system has a lot of barriers. The last exhibition we had, the Dr. Weeks elementary school brought down all 3,4,&5th graders. We love having students here. It doesn’t always happen because schools are so rigid in terms of what they are allowed to do in terms of education and curriculum, it is hard to get students to leave the classroom. But that was specifically through an enrichment program, funded by the SAY YES campaign.

Brief Outline: A quiz-panel show based upon current affairs aimed at tweenagers/teenagers. It aims to present the larger issues with the light-heartedness and casual nature of a panel show. It would be presented by 3 main presenters, who are currently popular on the channel that the show is being broadcast on.

Channel and rationale: The show is to be shown on BBC3 somewhat late into the evening, pre-watershed and shall be double-pumped throughout the week. Once on Friday and the other as a weekend repeat on Sunday afternoon. The reasoning for this is so it can be hammocked between the likes of Russell Howard’s Good News (BBC, 2009-Present) and the repeat of Doctor Who (BBC1, 1963-Present), both being popular shows with the target demographic.
