Monitoring Usage of Opioids As Enzymes.

Opioids is a type of Mitochondria cytochrome. The abuse and addiction of opioids drugs for instance, heroin, and prescription pain reliever is a global problem affecting the lives of people addicted or abusing them. Furthermore, opioids affect the social and economic aspects of the society since many people abusing the drugs will not participate in activities, which enhance the development of the nation. Researchers conclude that almost 30 million people worldwide abuse opioid drugs. Many people in America abuse opioids since they are freely accessible. Researchers argue that America is one of the countries, which has the most people abusing the drugs. The ramifications of the drugs are severe especially for the addicted individuals. Moreover, the studies have that the consequences for opioid drugs are rising. Researchers further depict that there is an association among the use of nonmedical use of opioid and heroin. There are outpatients who may abuse the drugs without their knowledge. Therefore, it is important for registered nurses or doctors to monitor and control the outpatients in order to avoid cases of abuse or addiction.
Physicians prescribe opioids to nurses since the drugs are a form of painkillers. The physicians prescribe the drugs to patients who suffer from severe pain caused by disease, injury or surgery. Moreover, physicians prescribe the drugs to people suffering from coughs and diarrhea. The physicians are carefully advices the patients on the use of the drugs and the effects caused if the patients decide to overdo or underdoes themselves. Nevertheless, the patients might decide to overuse the drugs due to severe pain (Enno, 2008). They might decide to overuse; the drugs think that they will recover quickly. If the patients continue, overusing the drugs they might end up dying or experiencing severe diseases. Therefore, it is important to have registered nurse or physicians to monitor the outpatients in order to avoid the risk of overdosing or under dosing the drugs. The nurses will make sure the patients follow the advices given by the doctor. Moreover, the nurses will not only ensure the patients follow the doctor’s instruction but also ensuring quick recovery.
Using opioids under the direct supervision, for the case of hospitalized patients, and indirect supervision, for outpatients, there will be minimal chances of opioids addiction. Addiction involves a situation where people are uncomfortable or feels thirst when they have not used drugs. Addiction becomes centers of a patient’s emotions, thought, and activities. For an outpatient, addiction may develop if they continue using the drugs even after healing (Nagase, & Calderon, 2011). However, supervision of nurses or physicians will ensure that the patients do not develop an addiction for the drug. First, before the patients leaves the hospital or clinic where they purchased the drugs the physician instructs the patient on how to take the drugs. Additionally, the doctors call the patients to make sure that they are consuming the drugs as instructed. Nurses also show care and love to the patients by giving them hope for recovery. Therefore, chances of addiction from the drugs are less if there is continuous supervision from the nurses.
Despite the opioids drugs addiction and risks of abuse, people use the drugs in killing pain in their bodies. Nevertheless, some patients might decide to use the drugs for the wrong purpose. They might decide to overdose or under dose the prescribed drugs. Nonetheless, nurses and physician come to the rescue by proving instruction, care, and support until the patient recovers. Therefore, it is important for nurses to monitor outpatients using opioids.

The Fourteenth Amendment prohibited states from denying any person of his life, liberty, or property without due process of law and not to deny to any person within their jurisdiction the equal protection of the law. (’14Th Amendment U.S. Constitution’) Having little faith that the law alone would bring about the desired result , Affirmative Action policies were put into effect to manage states and regulate compliance. Seeking a remedy to past discrimination, an illogical discriminatin race based policy was formed. Equality demands ‘equal treatment’ not extra privilege. Most would agree to change behavior that has been dixcriminatory is athical;howerver , there are flaws. High level solutions bloom from the Visionaries, as proclaimed predestined Manifest. Incentives, coercion , lasws, policies are the means b which government steer social change. Civil rights at it’s core is aimed at eliminating adverse consequences of discrimination and historical practices that have been called into question. Blacks, Hispanics and women were in the narrow scope of this policy. Superior as deemed by destiny it is ironic that the choice to discriminate in order to obtain ‘equal treatment’. This violates common sense. Ending discrimination and the civil rights aganeda are historically justified as our country has evolved so has the thinking and minds of the people. Affirmative Action does not address the past discrimination of human institutions Equality as described by the United States Constitution does not historically justify Affirmative Action. Of the many flaws ther are three that should be examined.
The first inadequate result of Affirmative Action is self –esteem damage. Reducing merit , conduct, talents, choices , abilities and character, to an issue of race. Minorities in positions are stigmatized by the assistance and preferential practices in their favor as their labeled as weak, and victims.
