Identify and describe an issue of importance in the Economics of Human Capital.

The first part should be five to seven pages double-spaced, typed and proof-read. It will identify and describe an issue of importance in the Economics of Human Capital: included in this description is the economic theory composing the issue. Five to seven sources should be presented and discussed (i.e. a literature review).
You need to complete the second part. The second part should be five to seven pages double-spaced, typed and proof-read. It will comprise a quantitative analysis of the issue identified in the first part: how and why the issue is important (who is affected and how?) and an assessment of remedial policies or programs to address the issue. The analysis should be a critical assessment of both sides of the issue.

Hong Kong Cantonese Dyslexia .

It is a paper for my Master’s thesis in Linguistics. I want to have the introduction part written and have the following points covered [not listed in order]: (1) Dyslexia’s manifestation across different languages [alphabetic versus logographic], languages include English, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese and other European languages. (2) How dyslexia in first language affect second language acquisition [ie. Will a person with dyslexia in Cantonese also have dyslexia in English as a second language?] (3) How to assess English and Cantonese dyslexia [What sorts of normative and informal testing]. (4) How to implement intervention for an individual with dyslexia in HONG KONG (ie. IEP programs, accommodations, remedial supports).
