Select a publicly held company that interests you. Visit the company’s corporate website to learn how it engages in strategic management. Keep in mind that larger, more formal companies will have more information available on their strategic management processes. Perform a keyword search of the following terms on the corporate website of the company that you have selected:

On the corporate website, look for the most current Form 10K and review the document. If you have any difficulty finding the Form 10K on the corporate website, you can use a search through your preferred search engine using both the company’s name and “Form 10K” in the search criteria.

In a well-written paper, discuss how your chosen company engages in the three stages of strategic management. Provide as much of the following information as possible:

Give specific examples of how the company formulates strategic decisions.

A study by the U.S. Sentencing Commission recognized the importance of organizational culture and its impact on an organization’s commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with the law (LRN, 2006). Imagine that a business of your choosing is concerned about recent ethical breaches by its employees. Legal and illegal immigration into the United States is discussed in your textbook. 1. The abstract should summarize the content of the report, not be an introduction (the “tone” of the abstract should be similar to news broadcast). Include the following: a) what the paper is about, b) types of resources used to investigate your report and how they were obtained, and c) significant implications. Limit the abstract to 150 words or less.

The body of thepaper begins with the introduction (page 3 of the paper if there is an abstract).
The introduction should:

i. Relate the purpose of the paper (e.g., to present the issue and suggest how to resolve it?).

ii. Define key concepts.

iii. Indicate the significance.

iv. State your thesis statement.

b. Next, there should be a development of points (arguments) that were mentioned in the introduction. The country of Iran is expending tremendous resources on developing a nuclear energy program that is believed by the Western countries to be weapons-oriented. Recently, a virus named the Stuxnet has been in the news because it was introduced into the Iranian computers controlling their nuclear program and wreaked havoc on their centrifuges. Unfortunately, this virus has now escaped and is available to malicious attackers so that it could potentially be used against our own infrastructure.

Describe the virus and how it propagated itself onto servers over the Web based on the actual information provided. Assess the Web-based risks that led to the attack.
Create a graphic rendering of how the virus was able to replicate onto remote servers using Visio or an equivalent such as Dia. Note: The graphically depicted solution is not included in the required page length.
Describe some of the common vulnerabilities to utility companies with a virus such as Stuxnet.
