Write a 3 page essay on the hypothesis that niche (space) competition is the limiting factor of population size in the rocky intertidal zone.  The essay will be written in third person and have at least three outside sources.  At least two sources must be peer reviewed journal articles.  Please use the school online library to help in your research.  The essay should also encompass a thesis statement, proper support in the following paragraphs, and end with a conclusion.

You will begin your project by selecting a location for your company’s convention. In order for the project to proceed it must receive approval from the Board of Directors. This document will communicate not only the location that has been selected but the reasoning behind this selection. This document is being submitted to the Executive Level of your company so be sure to exhibit appropriate, audience-specific tone and vocabulary for the purpose of defending your position. Because an event this large will generate a huge amount of revenue for the community selected it is possible that some communities might attempt to sway the decision making process in their favor by offering “special deals” or “financial incentives” to improve their chances of being selected. Accepting this type of favoritism is contrary to the ethical code of your company but you must keep the lines of communication open to all communities considered in case of changes during the project planning phase.

Identify at least three ethical and legal issues that should be considered when making the decision of where to locate the convention. State at least 3 actions you would take to ensure the decision of the location of the convention made ethically.

This section should be the bulk of your paper. Analysis of the business problem or decision in light of the course concepts must be presented, as well as the business lesson another organization could learn from this situation. Besides citation to the text, learners must conduct research in the University library related to the top. Citing the textbook only is not enough to demonstrate you understand and can apply the course objectives. Here is where comparative and contrasting positions should be considered and examples and illustrations provided.

You return on holiday from college and stop by your aunt’s and uncle’s house to take your 4-year-old cousin out for ice cream. You are surprised to find her with a cast on her foot, and both her legs and arms are covered in bruises in different healing phases. You know that she is a sickly child who is prone to illnesses and can be very demanding, but you are concerned that someone may be abusing her. our probably notice every day that some objects in the environment are easier to notice than other objects. For example, workers at sports stadiums often wear bright yellow shirts, which are very easy to see. While the crowd may blend in together, the workers are prominent and are easy to notice when you want a drink or something to eat. In this assignment, you will further explore how people engage in visual searches and what features of a stimulus make a search easier.

Think of a time when you had to locate someone in a crowd, such as a participant in a parade, a friend in a packed theater, or a runner in a marathon. Based on your experience, respond to the following:

Visual searches are also very important in warnings. Warnings need to stand out from their background. The warning must first be noticed, then read and understood. For example, a stick figure could be performing an ambiguous action and have an “X” through it. You therefore understand that while you are not supposed to perform some action, you do not understand what that action actually is.

Give two examples of a poor warning. Did you understand them? Why did you have difficulties with them? What features could be modified to make the warnings more effective?
