Analysis on the destruction of Black liberation within the context of the themes listed above in bold.

Your analysis should cover the African American Experience SINCE 1965. Include the Reconstruction Era Amendments; “The New Jim Crow” ; the Black Power Movement (1966-1977) the Crack Epidemic and how the Rise of Urban Gang Culture (1980-1995) disrupted the Black community up to the present day. Your assignment is to type a 3 page paper, maximum, (600 to 700 words) and provide you inference / analysis on the destruction of Black liberation within the context of the themes listed above in bold. Although this assignment can be quantitative, you should focus on a qualitative analysis, a summative essay of 600 to 700 words/ 3 pages.

Discuss several areas ethics included, plus confusion about qual (qualitative) and action research .

I need from you to please look at the professor comments and follow EXACTLY what he expects in this paper. Here is his comments:

(What I wrote was: Needs detail in several areas ethics included, plus confusion about qual (qualitative) and action research . Work on these areas as you revise. Show that you understand these areas. For example, on page 1, you use effect incorrectly in relation to your design and you do not address central ethical issues at all. On page 2, what you wrote about action research is confusing and doesnt reflect what the approach is about. While I didnt comment, your section on data analysis is incomplete (lacks specific statistics you would use to analyze the survey data). Rework and turn back in.)

Terminate the life cycle of the former system.

Project description
.Imagine that you have been contracted by a healthcare organization to implement a new information system. You must also terminate the life cycle of the former system. The CEO of the organization has requested a project proposal to deliver for approval by the Board of Directors.
.?In 5-6 pages (excluding title page and reference list), develop a systems project proposal to implement the new system and retire the old system. Your plan must integrate the systems development life cycle with a tentative schedule/timeline, including a fully detailed section on identifying project risk. You should use the Project Risk Identification Framework to guide you in your proposal. Conclude your proposal by summarizing recommendations for the project. ?
Also I need a reference page.

Describe system work in sending a text message to patients in a timely manner and lack of congestion to see a doctor.

Please read the attachment I have uploaded the file please do it carefully
but please to cover all question exactly
In this project I choose already the topic

I will send for you and see the project It contains diagrams also
I have to choose the problem and solution for the place ; and also me I have to choose the place
The place is (UAE) Fujairah Hospital and Fujairah hospital have three problems and three solution
, but please to cover all question exactly
In this project I choose already the topic
Problems :
1- crowded in the cars parking and that result people will be late for their appointments .

2- there are delay for patients and they not meet the doctor on time .

3- Delay in giving the medicine to the patient due search the medicines

Solutions:
1- make an application for the phone for to find the available parking and where ; and that will be all patients on time .

2- System work in sending a text message to patients in a timely manner and lack of congestion to see a doctor.

3- make an application in ipads or computers for the pharmacy ( Put the name or code of medicine ) and find the place of it directly.

Note : No Copy paste
please do it carefully i don’t like to revised the order

Discuss correctly identified risks that would impact the project schedule.

    1. Using the District4WarehouseMove WBS.xls provided, create a project plan for the District 4 Warehouse Move project. Use the PDF document, Project Plan Check – District4Move, to check your work to be sure you have created your starting project plan correctly. ProjectLibre is required for this task. If you have not yet downloaded ProjectLibre, please click here and follow the directions to do so now.Note: you will need to insert a column to include your WBS codes, then you will need to sequence the tasks to show tasks by work package.

    1. Based upon the details in the WBS and the project case, determine which tasks need to be completed first and which tasks are dependent upon other tasks to be completed prior to starting. Using this information identify predecessors in your project plan’s predecessor column. Complete the predecessor column by entering the line number of tasks that must be completed in order for each task to start. This will create your project timeline.

  1. Using ProjectLibre’s Network or flow diagram view, determine the critical path for this project. In a MS Word document, list the activities that are on the critical path. Considering the risks identified in the risk table below, identify which risks would be most likely to increase your project timeline. Justify your responses.
  2. Submit both your completed project plan and your MS Word document.

District 4 Production Warehouse Move Project – Risk Table

1 Permits are not received per the schedule
2 Finish work contractors walk off the job half way through
3 Framing and drywall contractors are running behind schedule and can only produce half their crew as scheduled
4 Work benches are poor quality and 1/3 will have to be rebuilt

Submit your plan to

Compare sizes and assign values between the type-less parameter intVal and the register Accumulator Make push/pop matching in pair in any conditions.

mReadInt_mWriteInt_Macro (Chapter 10, Pr 5 and Pr 6, Modified)

Pr 5: Create a macro named mReadInt that reads a 16- or 32-bit signed integer from standard input and returns the value in an argument.

mReadInt MACRO intVal

Use conditional operators to allow the macro to adapt to the size of the desired result. Write a program that calls the macro, passing it operands of various sizes, either signed or unsigned. If the operand has an unexpected size, should display an error message during assembling, e.g., when you test

; Pass different sizes of arguments …
mReadInt AL ; test the macro’s error message

the build issues error during assembling because the BYTE AL has an unexpected size

1>MASM : error : ************************************************************************
1>MASM : error : Argument AL passed to mReadInt must be either 16 or 32 bits.
1>MASM : error : AL must be of 16 or 32-bit data type.
1>MASM : error : ************************************************************************

As see above, “Argument AL” is mentioned and no code assembled for AL. If mReadInt bVal as a BYTE, the error message should be “error : Argument bVal passed…”. In a valid test, you should be able to pass an argument to mReadInt and get it back to verify like this:

mWrite “Enter a 32-bit integer: ”
mReadInt dVal
mWriteInt dVal
mWrite “Enter a 16-bit integer: ”
mReadInt BX
mWriteInt BX

Here is an output of examples to use DWORD dVal and BX as arguments:

Enter a 32-bit integer: 1234000111
dVal = +1234000111
Enter a 16-bit integer: -32000
BX = -32000

Pr 6: Create a macro named mWriteInt that writes a signed integer to standard output by calling WriteInt. The argument passed to the macro can be a positive or negative valued operand. Use conditional operators in the macro so it adapts to the size of the argument. Write a program that demonstrates the macro, passing it arguments of different sizes. You can define

bVal SBYTE -2
wVal SWORD -122
dVal DWORD 1234567
qVal QWORD 11

and in code, simply test by invoking mWriteInt six times:

mWriteInt bVal
mWriteInt wVal
mWriteInt dVal
mWriteInt AX
mWriteInt ebx

; Test the macro’s error message
mWriteInt qVal

But the build issues warning during assembling because the operand qVal has an unexpected size, and then you display an warning message:

1> Assembling [Inputs]…
1>MASM : warning : ************************************************************************
1>MASM : warning : Argument qVal passed to mWriteInt must be 8, 16, or 32 bits.
1>MASM : warning : ************************************************************************

As see here, “Argument qVal” is indicated and and no code assembled for this qVal. You can check your code either at assembly time and test valid results at run time. The substitution & operator in your macro can make the output like this:

bVal = -2
wVal = -122
dVal = +1234567
AX = +13176
ebx = +2130567168

Write three parts into one .ASM file: mReadInt, mWriteInt, and main. Attention to:
The Macro parameter intVal can receive either register or memory of any size when being called
Compare sizes and assign values between the type-less parameter intVal and the register Accumulator
Make push/pop matching in pair in any conditions
When test invalid sizes, mReadInt AL and mWriteInt qVal, make sure no code generated in listing
Don’t use mShow in your homework, but can read it as a good reference

Identify, beginning by referring to specific, relevant provisions of the Constitution and doctrines which emerge from those provisions, arguments supporting and opposing the President’s position that he has the unilateral authority to order drone strikes.

Your final product may be no longer than two, double spaced, typed pages. You are permitted to do it with a partner. The two partners’ names shall appear on the top of the first page and each will receive the same grade regardless of the contribution each partner. You may NOT complete the assignment with the person whom you worked on a previous exercise.

Each paper should consist of no more than 7 paragraphs. The first and last paragraphs should introduce and summarize your analysis. The “middle paragraphs” should be the essence of the paper. One sentence (generally the last one) in each of the middle paragraphs should either be in bold or underlined to emphasize the main point of the paragraph. You should write those “main point” sentences first. Then build your middle paragraphs around each of them. Finally after you complete the middle paragraphs, draft your first and last paragraphs, to provide structure for the middle paragraphs.

No paragraph should be longer than 6 sentences. Most will be around four sentences. Most sentences should be no longer than 8 words.

The exercise requires no research. Since the problem is largely fictional and hypothetical, research would probably be more counterproductive than helpful. It is mandatory for all students. No late papers will be accepted. Keep a copy of your paper in the event your original is misplaced.

PROBLEM Assume that Congress enacted and the President signed legislation authorizing the U. S. security forces to deploy “drones” to drop bombs on suspected terrorist targets in Syria and Iraq. The authorization was limited to six months. Where drone strikes have been used elsewhere in the Middle East they have killed large numbers of civilians. The strikes have stirred deep resentment in the Middle East and generally contributed to a negative perception of the United States. Amnesty International, a prominent human rights advocacy group, found that a disproportionate number of victims were unarmed and alleged that some strikes amounted to war crimes.

The six month authorization for drone warfare is coming to an end. American security forces wish to continue the program rather than subject American pilots to the risk of counterattacks from surface to air missiles. Military strategists believe that drone strikes are essential to weakening the terrorist cells.

However Congress is wary of continuing the drone program particularly as European allies have recoiled at reports of civilian deaths. Congress has not voted to repeal the program. Rather it has refused to renew it, or authorize any funding to continue it. The President, deferring to the arguments of the leaders of US security forces, has authorized the continued use of drone strikes.

Assume that dissidents within the American military, unhappy with the President’s drone strike policy and fearing that they could be prosecuted for war crimes for their participation in the program, have sued the President to end the program. They argue that the President lacks the authority to order the drone strikes without Congressional authorization.

Identify, beginning by referring to specific, relevant provisions of the Constitution and doctrines which emerge from those provisions, arguments supporting and opposing the President’s position that he has the unilateral authority to order drone strikes. Your conclusion as to whether the President has the authority is NOT important. What is important is that you demonstrate the capacity to discuss all sides of the problem which is the scope of the President’s authority to
