Create a detailed leadership and management plan for the implementation of the global expansion for the company you researched in previous weeks (see below).
Develop and include an original model that describes the current situation (I created one see below) of the global environment and offers elements of predictability for a changing global environment. This model can be adapted from other models, but it must be original. Use the model as a foundation to support your decisions in the leadership and management plan.

My case study is on Camping World will gain by expanding to the South African market as part of it global expansion strategy.

Part One:
Complete a 2-day food diary of your personal eating habits. Remember to include everything consumed during this time period: don\’t forget beverages, condiments, etc. Be as specific as possible. For example, if you ate a sandwich, describe all of the ingredients separately because this is how you will need to enter it into the computer: i.e. 2 slices whole wheat bread, 2 oz. turkey (white meat, no skin), 1 oz. Swiss cheese, 1 tsp. mayonnaise (regular), 2 slices tomato. In addition, it is very important to be accurate when estimating and recording portion sizes. You may want to measure or weigh some of your foods. Finally, it may be helpful to record your food consumption immediately rather than waiting until the end of the day: you may have trouble remembering it all. The more accurate the information you put into the computer, the more meaningful the results will be. Keeping this in mind, it makes sense to record your most \”typical\” day – flaws and all – so that you can get a chance to evaluate your \”true\” diet. (Don\’t worry – you will not be graded on the quality of your diet. I\’m more interested in hearing your interpretation of your diet analysis results). If you have trouble finding a particular food in the database, try to choose the closest substitute you can find.

A 200-225 word essay. Review Demographic Overview & Population Trends. You have been asked by your organization to conduct research and prepare a paper regarding consumer groups and behavior. Select a particular consumer group that is of interest to you and analyze its demographics, psychographics, attitude, and lifestyle and make recommendations on a marketing campaign for the selected group. Specifically, your paper should:

Identify the demographics, psychographics, and lifestyle of the group
Identify any historical data of the selected group and describe what role that culture or sub-culture plays on the groups consumer behavior
Identify any group identifiers

Case Study 2
Calculations: Calculate the clients target heart rate using the Karvonen formula.
Training Program: Design a 12-week periodized training program for the client described in the Client Profile. Be very specific as you design the training program. This is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your full comprehension of the information and concepts discussed throughout the course. List the types of exercise, duration, sets, reps, rest intervals, and so on.
Include the following in your case study submission:
A desrption of your professional responsibilities as discussed in the stages of the drawing-in process (Unit 12)
Discussion of any fitness tests, methods of evaluation, and data collection used to assess and evaluate the clients needs
Specific conditions that you have identified in the client profile
A detailed 12-week comprehensive and periodized training program including specific exercises, sets, repetitions, suggested rest times, etc. Use an integrated approach in your program recommendations.
Specific and detailed nutritional strategies and an explanation as to how the strategies will assist the client in meeting energy needs
Explanation for your chosen assessment, programming, and nutritional recommendations. (Be sure to reference course concepts when discussing rationale for your recommendations.
Keep in mind that a client should be able to take your program and put it into practice without having to contact you to clarify what you intended by your recommendations or to explain parts of your program.

Dont forget your explanation for WHY you listed and recommended what you did. Reference the concepts and theories covered in the course. Be sure to address why the program and exercises recommended are appropriate for the specific client given the clients history, current abilities, and intended goal(s). For example: if you are developing a program for a beginner client without any resistance training experience, explain how your program addresses the lack of experience, initial need for foundational development, process by which you would safely progress the client, etc. Tying your program to course concepts is a critical component of your case study.

Research Paper ( 6 double spaced pages-excluding title/citation pages)

This will be in an area of your interest. Your research topic should be on a specific area of African American history and culture. The research paper will be done in four (4) steps:
Step one: Research Proposal (Thesis statement) is due in D2L Dropbox by Sept. 13
Write a one page proposal for your research paper. The proposal must include the selected/working title and a clear definition of its objective (s) and scope. This proposal must be approved by the instructor before you start the paper.
The research proposal is worth 10 points.

Step two ( 1st draft ) is due in D2L Dropbox by Oct. 25
You will write and submit a six page (excluding title/citation pages) draft of your research paper on the importance of your chosen topic. Your research paper should explore a historical theme of the oppression of Africana people such as racism, neo-colonialism, sexism, classism, capitalism, educational indoctrination and ideology, culture and identity, philosophy and morality. You are expected to consult in addition to the text three (3) additional secondary sources ( use only one website as a research source; the other two or more sources should be academic print journals/books from the main library or elsewhere). Use MLA citation.

Useful hints or organization: a) Have a one or two paragraph introduction which should provide a clear explanation/ analysis of your chosen topic leading to your thesis statement. b) The thesis statement should be underlined. It must be an
assertion that reflects your understanding or stance on the subject of your essay.

In general, the body of your essay should be organized around assertions to be explained and supported by evidence in the rest of the paragraph. These assertions in well stated topic sentences should serve as guidelines to help your reader follow the development of your essay. For this reason, topic sentences should be placed at the beginning of each paragraph. The content of each paragraph should clarify and define the substance of the topic sentence in support of the essays overall purpose.

The concluding paragraph should not be a mirror image of the introduction nor should it be a mere summary of the supporting points in the essay. Your conclusion should draw persuasive inferences strengthening the truth and validity of your thesis assertion and why these deepen and broaden your readers understanding of the significance and importance of your topic.
