Analysis of the case study should be based upon the framework described in Appendix A (See attached file, pages 13-18) Appendix B.

Paper should be 3,500 words, not including references and appendices.

Must contain appropriate reference documentation, works cited, a bibliography and a cover sheet with the title, names of authors, date, course name and word count.

The paper should have page numbers printed at the bottom of the page with the exception of the title page. The page after the title page should start with 2.

Should be typed in 12 point font with one inch margins.
