All the Instructions are listed in the attached midterm. Please review the instructions and follow them strictly. Please make sure to pay attention to every detail in the instructions. Please use paragraphs as well in the paper (my professor likes when a paper is spaced out with paragraphs at the right moments in the paper). Please do not make the wording of the paper to hard. Like for example my professor was saying that if he sees words like “hence” he will know that you did not write the paper. So please right a great paper but do not make the wording in it too difficult, to the point where it looks like an undergraduate student could not have written it. Also I will attach law cases that you need to refer too when answering the questions for the paper. Again, the questions will be attached along with the instructions and the necessary law cases. Please answer 3 questions and one of those must be question #3. Also when answering the questions please don’t jump to conclusion to quickly, make sure to go through the analysis and be clear as to how you got to your answer. Thank you.
