Introduction
In this essay, I will reflect on my personal relationship with the union and the labor movement, detailing the ways it has impacted both my life and that of my family. As an active participant in the labor movement, I have witnessed its significance in advocating for workers’ rights, promoting fair wages, and ensuring safe working conditions.
