There were many system failures described throughout the book. Tell about the most egregious failures in the “system” as detailed in our book The Last Time I Wore a Dress.
Your response should include: what needed to be known, present, invoked, discovered, etc. as well as what should not have been present, completed, enacted, stated, enforced, etc.
How did ethics, principles, power/privilege play a role? What can you do as an emerging professional to not fall prey to such a system failure?
