Your paper should be typed using standard MLA format. The paper should discuss the artist’s form, style, glazing technique, firing process and concept behind the work. How does the artist’s work relate to your work in class? 1.Describe what you saw i.e color size, shape texture. 2. What do you feel that the artist is trying to say about his/her work? 3. Do you feel that the artist conveyed his/her ideas well? 4. What changes do you feel could improve the work? 5. How does this work fit into the theme of the art show? 6. Does the artist craftsmanship help or hurt the artwork?
