Write a research essay about Performance Management in the HRM category. Your paper must be written in APA Style (7th Edition). Your essay will need to be a minimum of two pages—not including title, abstract, and reference pages—and must include at least 800 words double-spaced. Use Times Roman Numeral font size 12. Include a page header at the top of every page which includes the page number set to the right. Set your page margins to 1 inch on all sides. Indent the first line of every paragraph 0.5 inches. Your essay should include a title page, abstract, main body, conclusion, and reference page or pages. You must use a minimum of three scholarly sources.
