Assignment Question
The objective of this paper is to apply the topics and concepts to organizations in the real world and identifying how organizations apply organizational psychology in their pursuit of success.
Identify an organization that you may be a part of (currently employed at) or one that you admire (Google, Apple, Southwest Airlines, etc.).
Describe the organization in detail – mission, vision, and values, successes, etc.
Identify 3 major concepts from our course and describe how the organization applies them to their work. These could be concepts that help them succeed or could be problems that they face.
Your paper should be about 3-5 pages long written in clear and concise APA format, including any references if applicable. Major Concepts: Diversity and Cross-Cultural Adjustments, Motivation, Leadership.
