Pick a well-known leader (Martin Luther King Jr.). Focus on a leader that is in a situation where they have to use their leadership skills to influence people. As a team, break down the behaviors and/or phrases that they say and discuss how these things relate to the different subdomains of leadership. For this paper, you want to pick a leadership case study that lends itself well to discussing multiple aspects of leadership using the six domains framework, and other class materials.
In the paper, you want to analyze the leader’s behaviors and traits that allow them to either succeed or fail. The topic of your leadership case study is completely up to your team to decide.
When choosing the topic/content for the final paper be sure to select a topic that allows for extensive use of the course materials.
