In this part of your Term Project, you also complete CO#6: Evaluate the nutritional adequacy of personal diet and make appropriate food and supplement choices to enhance individual health by utilizing reliable scientific evidence.

TP Part 3: After summarizing and analyzing your diet, you will identify at least 5 items (micro- or macronutrients; you may include 1 nutraceutical if you wish) to improve your nutrition intake according to current guidelines, and then formulate recommendations to promote nutritional health, optimize well-being, and disease prevention based on recent scientific evidence (from 8credible sources*, preferably peer-reviewed journal articles, cited in APA-format). make sure to look at the sample papers and use APA-format paragraph headings! TP Part 3 should be submitted together with your part#1 DWP analysis as soon as you completed it.
