This qualitative research aims to investigate the effects of remote work on employee well-being and productivity. Through a small-scale study utilizing semi-structured interviews, this paper examines the experiences and perspectives of employees in diverse industries who have transitioned to remote work. The study reveals both positive and negative impacts on well-being and productivity, shedding light on the nuanced effects of remote work on employees’ lives. Findings from this research provide insights for organizations seeking to optimize remote work arrangements and support their employees in a post-pandemic era.
Introduction
The emergence of remote work, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, has brought significant changes to the traditional work environment. As remote work becomes increasingly prevalent, it is crucial to understand its implications on employee well-being and productivity. Methodology
2.1 Research Design
