9.Use papers relevant to the research questions and all should be experimental studies. Should have a 10 years span.
10.Conclusion and recommendation should relate to the selected studies and not based on other studies.
11.Most importantly the systematic review should reflect the question.
12.Literature review should relate to the question.
13.Select papers relevant to Research question.
14.Please use precise academic English.
15. The abstract will need to change when you are done.

Guideline for the paper.
An important component of this course is developing self-awareness. Self-awareness is the initial building block of Emotional Intelligence, a skill that leads to success in highly interactive jobs like management. Upon completion of the course, once you have completed the various skill assessments, read the chapters, participated in in-class exercises and had an opportunity to reflect upon the cumulative information you have received, step back and assess what you have learnt about yourself through this process. Develop one takeaway from each chapter.
Include the following information in your write-ups:
1. Include a brief section in your write-up for each of the 10 chapters
2. List questionnaire / exercise / feedback that gave you your greatest takeaway
3. In 3 sentences or fewer, write about the most important insight you gained regarding yourself
4. List 1strength you have in this skill area
5. State 1 action plan / goal based on the cumulative knowledge you have attained from this chapter. Remember to keep your goal specific and your goal statement focused.
No summary of the chapter. Write things we learned, but not in general. It’s for Self- awareness.
