Similarities and differences in employees motivation in for-profit and not-for-profit organisations( the case of OXFAM ( as non profit organisation)and Marks and Spencer( as for-profit organisation) in the UK)

My topic is about exploring the similarities and differences in employees motivation using two companies based in the UK (OXFAM and Marks and Spencer). The companies are from different sector Oxfam company is considered as nonprofit organisation while marks and Spencer is a for profit organisation. I wanted to adopt a qualitative approach using interviews to answer my research questions. The questions to be used in the interviews are attached in the additional documents. I need to use only 4 interviews with 2 people from OXFAM ( I prefer one working as volunteer without payment and another one working but with lower salary in comparison with other sector in order to make comparisons where relevant). Concerning marks and Spencer I need to interview employees in the food sector and ask them the same questions in order to make comparison and see the differences and similarities). Concerning the details about structure and the things and theories that I want to include, they are attached as well in the additional documents. Furthermore, as I have read some useful journal articles and books, so I will attach them in the additional documents so that you can put them on my reference list and use them in the literature.

The members of each group work together to develop a conceptual model of the factors (e.g. socio-economic, environmental, behavioral, and individual-level) that contribute to the public health concern in their community. The group identifies the most powerful factors (in terms of their predictability and being able to be modified) to be addressed in their programs, policies, and epidemiological studies. You shoudld only focus on one aspect. I would say focus on behavioral intervention and changes.Based on their newly acquired knowledge of the topic and their public health knowledge gained during their MPH program, each group member designs a project to address his/her specific issue in the assigned community and writes a proposal describing the project. Each group MUST include at least one of the following types of projects: behavioral intervention, policy recommendation and epidemiological study. There may be more than one of each type of project. Other types of projects (e.g. environmental studies) may be proposed, but MUST be approved by the faculty leader. While each group member works independently to develop his/her proposal, the group also works together to ensure that each project is distinct and addresses the group’s assigned public health concern. The proposal is developed and written during the first six weeks of the class.PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CARFEULLY!!!Please read all attached docs and add more references from CDC, NIH or pubmed.Written DocumentsThe text portion (including references) for the individual proposal parts, final proposal and all text components of the group proposal packet must use the following formats:• Arial 12 point font• 1 inch margins• Double-space• Left justified text• Last name and page number in upper right headerAll tables and figures should be placed after the text. Is management an art, a science or neither?

In your essay you are expected to construct an argument that answers the question. What academic assessors look for in a student’s essay is evidence of your understanding of the issues that the question raises. This is gauged by the quality of your argument. A good argument is one that shows evidence of independent thought and of wide reading. It shows that the student has sought to answer the question by thinking about what it means and what it requires of them, reading widely on the topic and constructing an argument rather than simply presenting information piecemeal or undigested. It is also one in which the claims made are supported by evidence. Typically students will cite the various authors whose work they read in their essay. You need to cite the sources of any information that you use in the essay. If you do not do this then you are guilty of plagiarism. This is where someone takes the work of another person and presents it as their own. This happens when you do not acknowledge the source of that material by citing it in your essay. If you commit plagiarism then you are guilty of a breach of academic integrity and you can be punished for this by being failed or awarded a mark of zero for the essay.please use only official journals and materials with DOI numbers and reference every source you use in the reference list and intent references.

Whenever change occurs in organizations, families, or individuals, people react in different ways.

\”Change has a considerable psychological impact on the human mind. To the fearful it is threatening because it means that things may get worse. To the hopeful it is encouraging because things may get better. To the confident it is inspiring because the challenge exists to make things better.\”- King Whitney, Jr.Whenever change occurs in organizations, families, or individuals, people react in different ways. People have a full spectrum of capacity to change, from highly resistant to change to enthusiastically embracing change and this capacity within each of us changes day-to-day. What change has occurred in your organization recently and what kinds of behavior did you observe from the individuals involved with the change?
