Conflict Management

The man wants to have a ‘poker night’ at his house every Friday where 6 of his friends can come over, they can smoke cigars, drink beer, and have some friendly gambling. The manbelieves he deserves a night with his friends given how hard he works and helps with the kids also. – Any other relevant conflict mgmt skills appropriate
