You, as a group (assuming you own a company e.g. consulting, solution provider or others) have recently referred to ISG international announcement from Dr. William Douglas of a tender bidcall for a Change management proposal. In writing the tender proposal, you are required to submit a 30 page proposal to Dr. William Douglas.
In your proposal, you must mention and discuss your company background clearly, able to provide an outline of the case study objectives, the need to mention and discuss your proposed change management framework and enterprise architecture as strategy to ISG International. In addition, you are asked to provide a cost and benefit analysis for the project completion and mentioning of appropriate references. Your written proposal must be handed to your subject coordinator on 01/6 at the start of the tutorial.

I am Dr. William Douglas the director of Quality Change Management at ISG International Ltd in Ireland. Recently, ISG International Ltd board of directors had a meeting and they would like to formulate a new business information strategy for the company for a directive goal in the coming years. The current vision statement of ISG International Ltd is ‘The most dynamic software solution company in Ireland that you will ever find in dealing with IT solutions”
Lowering competitive costs, improving customer satisfaction and improving quality of end user products and increasing market shares for ISG International Ltd are the driving forces needed to define for a new mission statement. However, the definition of mission statement for the company should come after the launch of change implementation.
It is believed that a successful change management requires good planning. Therefore, ISG International Ltd has decided to undertake a tender process to find a specialist in change management. The successful tender will be awarded with an €300,000 per year contract of two years with us after a successful completion of the change management at ISG International Ltd.

Client and Project Description
The Upper Penninsula chapter of Little Brothers, Friends of the Elderly will serve as our
client. The chapter is seeking a how-to guide for the social networking site Facebook. The
target audience for this instruction set is senior citizens who have little to no experience
using social media such as Facebook but who want to keep in touch with relatives and
friends who increasingly use these sites as their primary means of keeping in touch. These
users may have varying degrees of computer literacy, but probably have little familiarity
with new forms of social media.
The goal of our firm is to provide Little Brothers with a set of instructions that meets the
needs of their users. Each team will create and usability test an instruction set for using
Facebook. (Note that you are required to conduct at least three tests or evaluations on
your instruction set.) Little Brothers will adopt the best set or sets of instructions for their
use.
