You need to write a brief summary and opinion piece on (Gneezy, U., Stephan Meier, and Pedro Rey-Biel. 2011. When and Why Incentives (Dont) Work to Modify Behavior. Journal of Economic Perspectives, Volume 25(4):191210.)
It must be typed, two-pages, double-spaced with a 12 point font. You must summarize the main points and clearly state your reactions to the reading. Your grade will be based on organization and clarity of your arguments. Any suspected violations of academic integrity, e.g., plagiarism, will be taken seriously and may result in a minimum of a zero on the assignment and a possible XE grade for the course which denotes failure due to academic dishonesty.
I am not taking micro and macro it is economics 475 capstone.
Write two five page-research papers (each will be rewritten twice) on some aspect of race, ethnicity, gender, class,
and education as studied in course discussions. Papers must be brought in for in-class peer-review, then submitted
the week later, turned in on the day of class listed in the course schedule. After addressing the subject of your study,
the paper should describe the subjects historical and cultural antecedents. Also, describe the breadth of your subject
by addressing these questions:
a) What types of settings does this occur?
b) How long has this been happening?
c) Where does this occur geographically?
-4-
d) Is this a regional, national, or international phenomenon?
e) What groups are involved in this occurrence?
f) What types of various meanings do representations of race carry?
g) How race in popular culture influence perceptions of blackness, (or whiteness), color, sexuality, gender,
class, health?
Does their media representation succeed or fail? How have they been read differently from what may have been their
intent? If possible, include pictures or other media that might be pertinent (keep in mind that pictures should be at the
end of your paper as appendices and they will not be counted as part of your page requirement). Follow the
guidelines listed in the Writing Tips handout you will receive in class. Please use at least five text sources (although
you may use them, internet sources will not be counted). Remember, your research paper is worth 30% of your
course grade, so be thorough!
1.Review the Managements Discussion and Review (MDR), aka the Managements Discussion and Analysis (MDA) section, which can be obtained from the SEC 10-K reports. Develop pro-forma financial statements for your company (GrubHub Inc.) vs. competitor (YUM! Brand Foods) for the next 5 years. Pro-forma financial statements require us to make conservative assumptions about future growth; as such, your discussion must justify and support any assumptions you have made in developing the pro-formas.
2.Discuss current strategies used by the company/competitor and any relevant future investments required to support the business unit (s) strategies) to achieve higher ROI and market position.
3.Perform a ratio analysis on the two pro-forma financial statements you\’ve developed (GrubHub and YUM! Brand Foods), and provide a discussion regarding future profitability and competitive performance as well as any significant changes you observe. To successfully complete this assignment, please show all ratio analysis calculations.

Article synthesis – 25% (due: October 3, 2016)
Each student will prepare and write up a short synthesis of an article already discussed in the course. Ill say more about this assignment, and its evaluation criteria, in our second meeting. Late synthesis assignments will be accepted with a penalty of 5% deduction in grade per day late, except in case of documented emergency.
There are three steps to the article synthesis assignment:
1.Select an article you have already read in the course. Id suggest that to choose yours, you:
(a) Decide on a question or theme (from the course) that youd like to explore more.
(b) Choose an article that deepens your understanding of your chosen question or theme, and helps you answer your question.
2.Use a maximum of 5-7 pages (double-spaced) to:
(a)Frame the question or theme that this article helps you to answer, and say whats new or important about this question or theme.
(b)Offer a brief summary of the article.
(c)Say what the article adds to your understanding of (a).
(d)Comment on how useful you found the article to explore the general themes of the course.

While the main idea was correct, the wording such as \”they\” was overused and there were quite a few sentences that were broken. The writing is to be such that it reflects a masters level student and this paper doesnt reflect that. Can you fix that? It doesnt appear to be written at a higher level

Implementation Plan: Part 3
For the final assignment of this course, you will continue your work with the company you used in Unit IV and Unit VI. For the Unit VIII Project, you will complete the final components of your implementation plan.
For Part 3, you will focus on the following points:
internal and external issues,
competition ,
future outlook for the organization, and
implementation of tools for measuring business success.
Much of the information you will need to complete this segment can be found in the case study in the textbook. However, you are welcome to conduct further research as needed. For the future of the organization, you may be creative and add your own insight on where you see the company going.
Your project must be a minimum of three full pages in length, not including the title and reference page. Make certain to include an introductory paragraph.
