Once you find an original research article that is related to your topic, please fill out the following questions (every member in the group have to fill out this checklist). The goal of this exercise is to teach you how to navigate through an original research article. This will also help you assess whether the chosen original research article is relevant to the research topic and that it is not a review article/case study. A sufficient original research article must meet 10 out of the 10 checklist items; otherwise, it is encouraged that you seek a different original research article to meet all the checklist requirements.

1. Select at least three (3) peered-review journal articles on the frameworks that organizations can use to integrate BPM along with organizational strategy. The articles need to be recent; post 2010.

2. Compare and contrast the approaches described in each article with regards to
a) how organizational strategy is defined and formulated; and
b) how BPM, or business process re-engineering, or any other process improvement systems, is integrated with the organizational strategy. The comparisons need to clarify the similarities and differences.

3. Refer to these differences, and explain what would be the practical implications of such differences; i.e. as manager or practitioner, how these differences in approaches and frameworks would mean to you? Hoe these would affect your strategic management or BMP implementation?

3. Finally reflect back on the key issues raised in the articles and the differences you identified and put at 2-4 conclusions that you can make. This is not summary of the papers or paraphrasing the conclusions put in the articles. These are your own conclusions

Please search the NCCAM website and explore the different health care approaches to complementary and alternative medicine.

Select one CAM therapy that is of interest to you. Find a site in your area that offers such a service and inquire about observing at the facility. If services such as those described on the NCCAM site are not readily available in your area, please seek out someone from traditional medicine (Physician, Nurse/Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist) and interview them about their feelings on the practice of alternative medicine. Write a one-page synopsis of the services offered and your impression.

This paper is due at the end of Module 5, as you will be exposed to many of the therapies over the next few weeks. Once you complete the assignment, place it in the dropbox for Module 2.

Assignment: Developing a Plan for Professional Development
Professional development is a multifaceted process requiring learning opportunities, skills, knowledge, and other scholarly practices including practicum, internship, academic residencies, and continuing education. Residencies are required for all counseling students. They provide small and large group seminars where students work with Walden faculty to learn and practice counseling skills, begin to develop professional identities, network with others, and learn what it means to be a scholar/practitioner who works toward positive social change. An essential component as one transitions into the role of a school counselor is to be knowledgeable about the requirements to obtain a license or certificate to practice as a professional school counselor.
Licensure, certification, and accreditation are interrelated and support the advancement of professional identity, credibility, and professional legitimacy. Licensure regulates the title and practice of professional counseling. Certification serves to validate the qualification of counselors. Accreditation is the formal recognition and endorsement of an academic program that meets profession-wide training standards. Membership and active participation in professional counseling associations support the advancement of the profession by uniting members for a common purpose, advocacy efforts, professional involvement, and networking. This is important information to help you in your job search as well as understanding current labor market information.
For this Assignment, review this weeks resources. You think about professional identity and the requirements for obtaining a school-counseling license in your state. Consider becoming a member of your professional organization or society.

Write a summary of the article. Include the purpose for the article, how research was conducted (if any), the results, and other pertinent information. Discuss the meaning or implications of the articles contents, as well as any flaws you find in the article. What could have made the article better? Was any information left out? How could the author expand on the results? Does the articles information relate to your professional or personal life? How?
Your review must be a minimum of 700 words, not counting the cover page and reference page. All sources used, must be referenced using proper APA formatting; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying citations.

It is time for all of you to brainstorm on an idea for a profit center for a fitness or wellness business. Please use the ideas in the reading to tell me all of the details of a potential profit center. It might be a center that you have seen or an entirely new idea. Please be sure to defend how this profit center will contribute to the bottom line. What will the initial start up costs and preparation include? How will you promote it and why will it succeed? It is a PowerPoint presentation of 20 slides ,18 of them consists of information. We are 6 students in the group , each will cover 3 slides so We will have 6 topics each will have 3 slides . The teacher told us to talk about how they were before , during , and how they were after war. ( ex: during the war the women started to do the men\’s job and since they were capable of doing it , when the war was over they refused to go back to being housewives ) . Also, how they fought for the rights after the war ?
