Explain How conduct a Research.

For your final research paper, you will address a specific research question, based on a topic of your choice, which addresses one or more of the core themes of the seminar. This assignment will assess your ability to formulate an analytical research question and to carry out scholarly research towards answering your research question. You are required to incorporate a minimum of seven appropriate scholarly, peer-reviewed sources  from outside of the course readings. While you may draw on course material and non- scholarly sources the bulk of your paper should reflect the outside scholarly sources. You may select a topic and research question of your choice or you can choose to pursue one of the topics we have covered in class. However, you cannot write your research paper on the same topic as your case study analysis. I encourage you to pursue a topic that is of interest to you and to meet with me to discuss ideas. Here are examples of broad topics:

You can talk about the punishment and policies that Chinese governments and western governments established to prevent such activities. Realize on why Nurses are slow in Adopting New Guideline.

After reading a research article about the way nurses suction clients, you decide to perform a literature search on the topic to see whether other studies reinforce the practice. You identify two other research studies that also support the practice change. Armed with the evidence, you create a new practice guideline that describes the new suctioning techniques and present it to your unit director. After taking the guideline through various committees, it is adopted and a new policy is created. You feel empowered and confident that this new practice will have a positive impact on client care outcomes. During the next few weeks, you are confused and discouraged, noting that the nurses are slow in adopting your fabulous new guideline.
PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS BASED ON THE ABOVE

1.Why  might you get resistance from the nurses?
2. Should this resistance have been anticipated?
3. What specific steps could be taken to encourage the nurses to adopt the practice change?

Pretty please make sure all of the paragraphs are developed, because my professor is really big on that, meaning: use examples, cite data, analyze text, define terms, make comparisons and contrasts and examine cause and effect. Also, wordiness is a big problem along with using passive voice and really pay attention to telling who is doing what in each paragraph. Thank you so much!!

One more thing, proper citations are a must.
