Write a paper demonstrating your knowledge of one of the three work design approaches.

Include items such as:

How would you integrate this design in an organization?

Write each point as one or two paragraphs

Essay components:
Intro, Body: Summaries of plots (1-2 sentences, or full paragraph), at least 3 aspects of form, style, technique:

-Folktale: Characters, settings, events

-Speed, or stichomythia
-Depicting arts: music, dance, play-within-a-play

Explain where the works fall in the spectrum of popular drama (think sit-com or mainstream movie) to “high” or “refined” drama (Think Shakespeare) Are both in the same sector, or does one have more “mass appeal”? How is that related to form/style?

This excercise gives you a chance to examine an age old social science dispute, whether hitting or pitching wins ball games. Help shed light on this dispute by, turning to a recent almanac and the Major League Baseball website (http://mlb.mlb.com/index.jsp) to collect winning percentages, team batting averages, and team earned run averages for all the teams in either the American or the National League for one year. Use data collection techniques similar to those you used for the last few excercises, this time collecting data on three variables rather than two. Moreover you should use the data analysis techniques of each exccercises this time examining the relationship between winning percentage, and team batting average on the one hand, and and winning percentage and team earned run average on the other. Are both batting average and earned run average associated with winning percentage? Which would you say is more strongly associated with it? Why? Write a brief essay in which you state how your analysis bears on this research question.

COURSEWORK 2 (SSM)
For this second piece of coursework, which is individual, you can choose between two issues or problem situations to tackle.
The first is the issue chosen by you and your group for the first piece of coursework.
The second and alternative is the overall “problem situation” facing a student studying for and trying to achieve the Masters degree you are currently enrolled on at the University of Hertfordshire.
Whichever issue you choose, because of the complexity and nature of the situation, you have decided that a mainly soft approach is needed here and that the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) is highly appropriate.
However the two scenarios and thus, depending on your choice, some of the steps to follow in the coursework, are rather different and will be identified separately below.
Alternative 1. Tackling the issue identified for coursework one(Syrian civil war ), the task is as follows:
Assume you, as the consultant, or small team of consultants, have been asked to try an alternative approach to the problem – namely Soft Systems Methodology (SSM).
So you will follow the steps of the seven stage version of SSM.
Imagine you are working with, or guiding, a small group of people chosen from the problem situation. These are the people you have identified, after some discussion, as the key or most relevant people to tackle the problems.
In SSM, it is very much the case of the group or team drawn from the problem situation or organisation in question that will structure or explore the problem, and so move towards the action to take and hopefully an eventual solution. It is they who provide the ideas, concepts, relevant systems, models, and discussion.

1-Briefly summarize one of the systems theories/perspectives in your own words. Then (thinking from a systems perspective) discuss some of the potential micro, mezzo and macro impacts of a social policy that was discussed in your textbook (TANF, SSI, Food Stamps, Disability, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.)

Option 3: Interdisciplinary Analysis of Literature or Film

Goals: This project will help you to make connections between interdisciplinary scholarly research and literature or popular entertainment.

Assignment: Write a 1500 to 1750 page paper that uses peer-reviewed sources as a lens through which to read a work of literature or film in which non-human animals play a central role. In addition to the of literature or film you analyze, you will have a bibliography containing:
*At least three peer-reviewed sources that you will use either to support your argument or to serve as arguments that you will challenge through your paper – both roles are necessary.
*At least two additional sources that are reliable and credible, but not necessarily peer-reviewed (for example, a review of a film from an established film critic)
*At least two sources that analyze a piece from the genre on which you are focusing (film, fiction, etc.) and will act as models for your paper.

This memo will propose Commercial companies of any size put the business major graduate in good stead to apply what they learned in school in a practical business environment.

Commercial companies have fast-paced environment band have a great sense of directions well as clearly defined visions, missions, and values that guide their operation. The 21st century is a one that has witnessed rapid development in the information technologies, and the sheave was crucial lifer the ring commerce and growing commercial ventures. In addition, the century has witnessed intensive integration of the global economy ensuring that commercial stays on a growth trajectory. However, opening of new market bond closing down of traditional ones is either a bane or a boon. Some commercial companies have not been lucky enough, closing shop due tocu-throat competition that they encounter in their operation. Such an eventuality will lead to outright dismissal of employees, most of whom are business major graduates. Right now, there has been an increase in the number of students enrolled in business major courses.

My reseaTo investigate how Asians who immigrate to the United States with eastern cultural beliefs effect second generation Asian Americans when it comes to modern health care diagnoses and treatments to mental illnesses. Many Asian cultures believe these illnesses are due to the supernatural related to witchcraft and possession and tend to stray from western medical treatment which has potential to suppress symptoms due to backlash from their beliefs and family honor which becomes seen as a negligent ethical issue by American health care providers.
