Internships can take various forms. Some students may apply for an internship after graduation while others may do it during the summer holidays or the academic year. Students not only get to go for internship at ERAU, they also get to have a meaningful learning experience. In as much as the work done during the internship program may be menial, it is very helpful in understanding the job environment, field, and profession. Internship programs for students at ERAU are mutually significant relationships that foster the growth of students, enhance the educational program relations with the industry associates, and may also challenge the faculty to embrace recent information in their programs. This paper discusses the importance of completing internship programs for all ERAU students in any major, which makes it imperative that ERAU students should be allowed to complete their internships before graduating.
