Objective: The objective of the Essay is to provide you with the opportunity to explore in greater detail aspects of one of the theoretical perspectives discussed during the module.
Brief: Select a specific cultural artefact, activity or event. Choose one of the weekly theoretical perspectives that we discussed during the module (Weeks 2-10). Select a number of key concepts or ideas from that theoretical perspective. Provide a detailed analysis of your chosen cultural artefact, activity or event in terms of your key concepts.

construct a BINARY variable indicating home ownership (i.e., “own outright” and “own with mortgage” versus the rest). Explore the data, determining what are the main characteristics that predict home ownership. Come up with a logistic regression model that includes all the variables you think are relevant, and write a (very) short report. Include the minimal Stata code that you used.

In the movie, Arthur Case, founder and chairman of the board of the Manhattan Bank that was robbed betrayed a Jewish friend to the Nazis and took the friend’s diamonds. Case also received money from the Nazis for the betrayal, which he used to start the bank.
