• One of the topics that has been in the news recently is the push for Equal Pay for Equal Work. Explore the situation of many workplaces where women earn less than men for the same work. How do companies rationalize this? Is it fair? Why or why not? Can you find any serious scholars who would argue that the current situation is fair? There is a great deal of material on this topic, so do some research and write a good argument defending or opposing what critics say exists regarding equal pay for women and men.
