I think you can offer all the support in the world, but whether or not that support stops the issue at hand is solely up to those who partake in the activity or issue – and that really goes for anything that have interventions set in place to stop. It\’s always going to be up to the people or communities involved as to whether they use the support or continue to do what they are doing.For as long as I can remember there have been preventative measures set in place to prevent kids from smoking or doing drugs, D.A.R.E for example.
