What efforts is the organization using to reach its audience?- What is the organization’s mission statement? What communication strategies does the organization apply to be sure its message is accessible to as many people as possible (such as written communication, verbal communication, and online presence)?- What more could the organization do to expand the reach of its message across cultural, economic, and educational divides? Offer suggestions and recommendations to address these issues in reaching a diverse audience.Your paper should meet the following requirements:Be 4-5 pages in length (excluding title page)Include 3-4 outside sources.

Alternative Dispositions

What is your opinion of peer court? What are the advantages and disadvantages of peer court in equitably resolving cases? If you had the power to suggest another viable option instead of peer court, what would it be? Should cost be a main factor in determining an equitable solution? Why or why not? Are there more equitable options that should be considered?

Managing Security in the Workplace

For this assignmrnt you are required to identify one workplace crime that affects an organisation you are familiar with, possibly your current or previous employer, to discuss a particular approach or measure that can be used used to manage this crime, and to justify why it should be used. As such you need to convince the reader why your approach/measure is most appropriate. In order to do so you will need to draw on the module material but you are also encouraged to reflect upon your own experience or ideas and support your thoughts with reference to other sources.Your post outlining the workplace crime, approach and justification should be at least 350 words. You will be assessed on the clarity and strength of your argument, whether you have supported your points with adequate evidence, and your skills in communication and persuasion. You will also be assessed on your ability to draw from course material, wider research and your own knowledge and/or experience so remember to reference the source of your ideas as you would with an essay.

SPI (synchronous Peripheral Interface)

Investigate the SPI module within the PIC18F452 and write a report (like a set of lecture notes) to explain the following:-• What does SPI mean?• What is it used for?• How does it work (master mode + slave mode)?• How does it connect to other devices?• How is master mode setup on a PIC (using C operations on SPI control and data registers)?• How would it connect to a Microchip TC72 Digital Temperature Sensor with SPI interface.• Write a MikroC program using the SPI control and data registers that would read the temperature value from a TC72 sensor and display it on a PIC PORT.
