*The Research paper will basically conduct the Reconciliation process in Rwanda after the Rwandan Genocide in the year 1994, and what has been achieved so far in terms of Reconciliation.
*The Research Question is: does what have been done so far in Rwanda in terms of approaches of truth and reconciliation capable enough to prevent another genocide?

(a) Which of these policies is likely to be more effective at providing consumption smoothing for insurees?

Exercise 4: Healthcare Challenges, Opportunities, Strategy and Execution

You are the Benefits Lead at a Fortune 1000 company that provides a competitive level of healthcare benefits to your employees, retirees and their families. As with other large employers, you have seen healthcare costs escalate faster than any other good or service in the economy and that expense has started to catch the eye of senior leadership. You also understand, as does the organization, the need for healthcare benefits to attract and retain the right talent.

Your Vice-President of Human Resources has approached you and requested a 1 to 2 page report on the “HR Challenges, HR Opportunities, a HR Strategy for Healthcare and the Execution of that HR Strategy”.
